Rental Criteria

Rental Agreement:

• Month to month rental agreement
  
  

• We require a completed rental application (you can download a blank application by clicking HERE) complete with job references, and a minimum of 2 (two) rental references, ie your current landlord's contact information and your previous landlord's contact information.

Rental Appplication Fee:

• $45 Application Fee per couple, $45 for each additional lease signor over 18 years of age

• Note: All of our rental properties are NON-SMOKING. Smoking and any other smoke generating products, such as incense, are strictly forbidden inside our properties.
